Why do I need personalized medicine
DRASC 即 drug resistance after standard-of-care。肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因是肿瘤患者在接受标准治疗后产生的耐药性，采用标准治疗方法不再有效。AccuBeing 正是为解决克服这个障碍，开发针对肿瘤患者的个体治疗方法，并通过智能药物筛选和个体临床路径设计，为患者提供在杜克大学参与新型临床试验的机会。
The leading cause of cancer death is drug resistance after standard-of-care (DRASC). Each drug resistant tumor is different. AccuBeing overcomes this obstacle by developing therapies specific for an individual’s cancer and creating individual clinical trials to provide patients with access to new personalized therapies at Duke University that are not available to the public.

Dr. Xiling Shen
Biomedical Engineering- 沈西凌，生物医学工程博士
- 美国杜克大学肿瘤研究所生物医学工程学院的副教授，先后获得了学士、硕士和斯坦福大学博士学位，并在加州大学伯克利分校从事博士后研究。沈博士是美国国家癌症研究所癌症治疗评估项目（CTEP）CB - 839项目的科学顾问。
- Dr. Xiling Shen, Biomedical Engineering
- Dr. Shen is Associate Professor, Department of Biomedical Engineering, Center for Genomics and Computational Biology, Duke Cancer Institute, Duke University. Dr. Shen received his BS, MS, and PhD from Stanford University and postdoctoral training at UC Berkeley. Dr. Shen is a scientific advisor for the National Cancer Institute Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) CB-839 project.

Dr. David Hsu
Medical Oncology- David Hsu，肿瘤内科学博士
- 杜克大学医学院肿瘤内威廉到顿助理教授，胃肠道（GI）肿瘤医学专家，杜克肿瘤研究所的胃肠道肿瘤临床试验组和泌尿生殖肿瘤学组的成员。北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校获得医学博士学位。
- Dr. David Hsu, Medical Oncology
- Dr. Hsu is William Dalton Family Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine at Duke University. He is a gastrointestinal (GI) oncologist, a member of the GI Oncology Clinical Trial Group and Genitourinary (GU) Oncology Group in Duke Cancer Institute. Dr. Hsu received his M.D. from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and fellowship in hematology oncology from Duke University.
